The service has been awesome, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. There's even an on-site DJ at the lobby for the music. The room that we had an ocean view and the view was stunning, had a great sound system and lighting fixtures. The bed sheets including carpet are really clean. The all you can eat breakfast had Balinese, western, Chinese and Japanese options, has been amazing with good hours such that you can stuff yourselves up enough to skip lunch.

Here are the questionable parts. If you are traveling with elderly, the shower we had may not be for you. I slipped and broke my wrist because the floor tiles are so slippery after the soap and water on the floor after shower. I can imagine the situation would have been a lot worse if you are older. If you are traveling with folks with respiratory system issues, then stay away from this hotel because they don't have smoking or non-smoking area separated when it comes to restaurant seating. Moreover, you also want to skip rooms with the glass skylight window in the shower during the rainy seasons because it's going to be really loud inside the room, we woke up at 4am due to this (loud enough as if someone is throwing stones on glass). If you overlooked these I think it's a great hotel.

We loved every single bit of our stay here! Was a bit concerned at first to travel as a family with young kids as some review mentioned that this hotel is not for young kids. But I’m grateful that i decided to go anyway. Room was superb, they kindly gave us complimentary sofa bed for both our toddlers and was a perfect and comfortable bed for them. All staffs are very friendly and always go extra miles. Foods are so amazing whether it’s in restaurants or in-room dining. We would definitely come back again for sure! Well done W hotel, thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

We sadly only had one night at this lovely resort. The entry into the hotel is truly breathtaking (especially at night!). Instantly upon arrival the staff made you feel welcome and like a VIP. Checkin was quick and efficient. The rooms were large (spectacular ocean view) with great amenities. They even delivered a small cake welcoming us to the W. The pool was relaxing. The restaurants were excellent (we only had lunch) and they pool bar was fun. It had easy access to the beach as well. We would definitely return here.

Definitely checked all the 5 star rating bullets. Great location, fabulous drive/walk through the long entry leading to the vast facade of the hotel where the lavish lobby with a backdrop of the pool area and the ocean welcoming you. Warm greetings welcome you from every staff you meet. The resort is well maintained. Our room was spacious with a great view of the pool area and the beach. Restaurant menus were well thought of. The other side of beauty of the resort comes to life at night with its beautiful lightings that cuddles the entire resort. Will definitely stay in W again when I get another chance to go back to Bali.

One of the most amazing hotels I stayed in. The service was over the top, haven’t experienced such service anywhere actually. The room is huge, we had our own villa with the pool. It was amazing clean and the amenities smelled amazing. The hotel has two restaurants which are very good. And the room service was very good especially the pizza. Just delicious. Two options of breakfast restaurants with a big variety of food and a menu.
Must stay if you visits Bali.

W Bali has a world class ambience. The moment you step in their campus you feel the amazing vibes. It has its own beach which is a very good point.

There are multi level swimming pools and many restaurants in the hotel premises. One can enjoy the beach view and sunset sitting on a lounger and chilling with a cold drink.

Rooms are spacious with a huge balcony and ocean view, staff is very courteous, and it has lots of parking space as well.

So come here, enjoy your stay and be assured that every penny spent is worth it.

I was quite lucky to experience this hotel. The service is top notch. The room is huge and amazing. To be fair, the room might not be suitable for family with kids (they have open bath concept), and you can hear wave sound at night (I had sea view room). But other than that, the swimming pool is cozy, they offer free ride to seminyak road, staffs are nice, and the breakfast was one of the best that I ever had. Thanks W Bali!
