This was our first stay in this hotel. Our impression when we arrived was excellent. Everyone greeted us warmly from the security until the receptionist. The lobby was spacious with the nice design and the welcome drink made you refreshed after long trip from the airport. The room was spacious and clean despite of lil bit dark because one of our room was at the corner so there was no sunshine in. This was our family trip with my little brother and realised not so many facilities for children and the pool also didn’t open till late. The breakfast time was the best time they spoiled us with the good food (but yet not many selection), the staff were amazing how they do the best to deliver our request. Despite all this hotel is great. Definitely will be back again.

Excellent service ! From the time we stepped into the hotel we had excellent service. Room was upgraded to pool view Loved the buffet breakfast which was full of great variety. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The free shuttle was so much handy.Our first time to Bali and stayed 5 nights in this hotel. We felt like very much a homely space with everything available instantly. We will be looking forward to come back! Thank you for making our holiday great.

Beautiful hotel. Service exceptional! Facility’s were amazing. Pool is beautiful, roof top bar is a dream as the sun sets. Spa treatments great. Loved our stay. And a great location. Off the busy street so nice and quiet, but it is only a short walk to some instagram famous eateries, and anything you want or need.

Stayed for several nights with my fiancee and had a wonderful stay. The staff were professional and friendly and helped us with our taxi around the local area and back to the airport.
We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were great and delicious, with breakfast in particular having a wide variety of local food available.
There is a pool, which was very welcome as it was very hot at the time. There are large numbers of loungers available as well a poolside bar which serves refreshment which was great.
Our room was large and we received a free upgrade. the room inside was modern and the bathroom was very clean and presentable as was the bedroom.

I stayed here for 4 nights and I must say the staffs here were definitely very responsive and sincere to requests such as additional bottled water, room service and late checkouts.

The room was clean, but there were clearly signs of age, especially the floor. I stayed in a Deluxe Room for the first 3 nights and I felt that a carpet could have made the room more pleasant.

It's in a very convenient location in Seminyak, very close to all the bars and restaurant along the street. However, the property is quite deep inside a small road (about 3 min walk out). The hotel offers shuttle service out to the main road at your convenience. They also provide shuttle service to iconic places every two hours.

Hotel breakfast was alright, the buffet spread isn't much, but they've compliment it with a breakfast menu which you can order more food (without additional charge).

I was upgraded to a suite on our last night which I'm very grateful for, considering I was redeeming SPG free nights for my last night.

Honestly, yes the property physically may not be comparable to other SPG luxury properties, but the sincerity and the staff really made this hotel a great place to stay. You can see all the little effort and improvements (from shuttle service to breakfast) they make to improve guest satisfaction. For that, I'm happy to give 5 star.

Normally not one to write reviews but this hotel is extremely deserving of one.
This is our second time staying here and it even exceeded our expectations (we had raced to friends about the first time) so we were hoping it would be just as good, and it was!
Firstly I need to mention if you’re a foodie the hotel breakfast is second to none and their service is great. It’s not just a buffet all you can eat, you also can order from a menu and I definitely recommend making sure your breakfast is included.
Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, normally at least a few things to watch on cable TV.
There’s a shuttle that’s quite handy dropping you into town. We walk a lot but cabs are cheap as well so don’t be put off on the location.
The extra service has really been the reason I have written this review there is four of us staying at the hotel and we all noticed money had been stolen from us when we were out in town. The lovely staff were quick to help and drove us twice down too the money exchange to sort it out. Warning! Be very careful where you exchange money and do it in small amounts!
Anyway moral of the story this hotel deserves a 5star rating and I highly recommend it! Thank you Four Points Seminyak for making this second trip extra special and saving us from a massive loss of money!

This is my second visit to this hotel, so I think I'm qualified to give it a more balanced review. The location is a bit off the main busy party scene in Seminyak, so it's more quiet feel which I rather prefer. And it's about 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. You can see a beautiful sunset if weather permits. Last time I was given a beautiful and spacious suite, this time, apparently it's all sold out, and I picked a pool access ground floor room instead. I think I actually prefer this room than the suite. All the pool access room has its own two sunbeds. As this is a small resort, it doesn't have a lot of pool sunbeds, you almost got a feel of private pool, which is very nice. All the staffs are very tentative, and the breakfast spread is very well organized. If the buffet is not enough for you, they also have a comprehensive a la carte menu for you to choose from, ranges from omelette to noodles. Overall, a great Four Points hotel in Seminyak area.
