Very much impressed with the hospitality provided by the staff. Their services are very prompt u0026 they'll go out of the way to help you out. The location here is right on the main highway u0026 makes the travel very convenient to other areas of bali. For travellers, the food can be a bit of an inconvenient as the menu is fixed without much of a variety.

Not at all satisfied with service. The people at the front of the desk is appointed just to say no for all requests. I had stayed there for 5 days food was pathetic apart on Sunday.
Room service was regular and decent but rest of the services need lot of improvement.

Deluxe room is not so good. Also, the staff is unattentive sometimes. Gave wrong info about the swimming pool timings.
Extra star for consideration in breakfast menu.

The hotel was pretty nice. You might get confused with the lobby, it's a little bit hidden and not in a main road. The touch of Bali's ornaments was perfectly match with the ambiance.

I got to stay four days with my friend in the first floor. The room is nice, room service was great too. The thing is I don't have a great view and I can still people talking so clearly even I close my hotel room.

The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of food. I didn't have a chance to try facilities here (swimming pool, spa massage, etc.) but my friend did and she said it's all great. I recommend you to stay at this hotel in the higher floor, to make noises outside become more quiet and you can relax in your room.

Anyway, it's near to Kuta and amazing places around Bali, so the mobilization was easier if you stay here. Cheers. :)

A pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. But the room is a little dark and tap water doesn't seem very clean. I can smell some smoke even when i stay at non-smoking floor. But overall is a good stay.

I chose this hotel because I got a flight package promo and a hotel from one of the travel agents. The first time my impression of staying here was that the place was classic and the service was friendly. The facilities are also complete from a laundry minibar and daily room service and are quick to respond to requests. The breakfast is complete and various kinds of dishes, but when one type of dish has run out for a long time to be refilled or taken a new one then the regret is only fast in certain hours. When it was late at around 10pm the wifi had no connection, only had connections in the afternoon until late afternoon.

Such a nice hotel! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is great. The room amenities are well provided. The place is not located in walking distance to the beach but it’s on the main Sunset road so it’s easy to get anywhere.
