Pork meat, side dishes such as veges, tofu and tempe are very fresh. They only prepare it upon the order only. Taste are good, becareful the sambal is very spicy yet it got me hooked :)

A variant of the many 'nasi tempong' eateries you find all around town, but with a twist: crispy pork instead of chicken. Food is good, drinks are a let down; just order teh botol or something. Overall, deserves a mention at the very least for the pork novelty.

Have to have 2 portions of the Tempong Samcam/ Belly in one sitting! Everything is prepared fresh. Pork Belly is deep Fried straight after the order. The sound of the crackling oil are like music to my ears. As I sat there anxiously, my order of ice orange juice arrive. Upon my first sip of the juice. It was also freshly made. No concentrate BS I've been having in my hotel breakfast. While enjoying my iced orange the sumptuous looking Pork Belly arrives. One taste and I'm hooked Had it almost everyday from the rest of my trip in Bali, hoping it will take me to the point of ending my Babi tempong addiction. But failed miserably... All thanks to my famous local guide Bli Andyikaraya.
