The customer service at this establishment is God aweful!! I ordered breakfast from their menu from a cross town. I paid 123k. Breakfast ordered was hash browns, bacon, eggs, mushrooms on an English muffin. What came was completely different. No hash browns, no bacon, no English muffin...I got two very dry eggs, dry toast and two 2 inch hot dog looking things that are supposed to pass as sausage. I called and reported to the manager that we got the wrong breakfast. She told me their menu has changed so try just sent what they had. I asked why we werent told the item was unavailable (usually that is the protocol with gojek ...) she said that's the breakfast they serve now so that's what they sent and their menu has changed...just kept repeating herself. I asked her why thry haven't changed their menu or told the gojek lady, or called me, why they would just send something like that and she had no answer. I told her i wanted the breakfast I ordered or i want my money back. She demanded that I bring the food back to them...30 min away and i dont have a car as I am on vacation here in bali...I told her it was gojek and I couldn't do that. I asked how the money would come back to me if the food was sent bavk and she said transfer. I sent the food back and the gojek guy called me, she asked the transfer info so we gave her the bank info and she told us sorry we can't transfer. I had to pay the gojek guy to come bring the left over cash...I'm now out the 23 to bring the food, the 25 to pay him to come back. So I lost 50k with these people. The lady was rude, unappologetic, and lied to us and made the entire process difficult. I would give this place a negative 5 if I could. Too bad I have to give a star for them, they dont deserve it. Ps, the food they sent looked disgusting. Shame on you Brown and butter!!!!
