hi, we are staying now in Nirwana beach and resort. and we have serious issues with restaurant staff. yesterday i oder sparkling wine for dinner. after dinner i oder asked Same sparkling wine. i got same brand but different. i tasted and refuse to drink it. and second day we fitghting with a restaurant to give money back or new bottel of wine. staff really rude,pointing to us with fingers and fighting. we spoked with manager and he refuse also to give money back or new bottle. its super bad experience especialy with restaurant.its really bad, its not a cheap wine and im not gonna pay for different.im going to send all pictures and videos to my friend trip blooger on instgram to show how ur restaurant staff shouting and tells to my wife not to speak

We were due to go on holidays and obviously due to covid, out of our control have had to cancel our holiday. There were 3 of us to go, one of us has been stood down and the other 2 have had salaries reduced and these people will not refund our money for a holiday we can’t take. Such an unfair decision at a difficult time in our lives. What a greedy hotel to take our money and not sympathise with our situation. Australians do not stay here
