The staff is nice and location is ok. However, it does need better management. The pool needs to be cleaned and during our 5 night stay our room was never cleaned ( we were not even asked). The guesthouse is run is an amateur way ( we requested a taxi for our 7 am flight, but they never asked for it. At the end it was sorted out. We stayed in other places in Indonesia and this one was really below average.

Decent location with the main touristic road not too far away. Rooms were comfortable and well air conditioned. The garden area was peaceful with plenty of places to sit and read. However there was a lack of security and the hostel was definitely understaffed.

One of the best homestays Ive ever stayed at! A small, beautiful and green oasis in the middle of the nightlife. Just one street from tons of bars and restaurants, but its still so peaceful. Many nice hangout areas in the garden. The staff is really nice and helpful, and you can order food and book tours with them. I really recommend this place!

Front garden restaurant is nice , practical for parking lot. Room was ok

This place location is quite strategic i'd say. Quite close to a few of Jogja' main tourist attractions. There are also a convenient store a couple minutes walk away from this place if you have sudden midnight craving. The place is really cozy, the ambience is really good. There are also a swimming pool. The price is also cheap. The staff is also friendly. Ps. Kinda in love with the view from the balcony.

Nice and cozy, near bars and restaurants. Place offers a cozy garden where you can play some guitar and sing along with others. Some very cute cat's will accompany you whilst enjoying a beer or fruit drinks which are offered at the bar. Room was clean, good bed for Indonsian standards and a nice hot shower.

Very friendly people. We get sick and the staff was so friendly to get food for us and fix everything for us!
