Great little homestay. Good for relaxing and enjoying calm. Steve, the host, is really great! You can speak about anything. He is really knowledgeable.

The rooms are clean and the shower too. It's rare to have new showers in SouthEast Asia.

You have a beautiful market with just a 1 minute walk. Great to buy fresh products. I also recommend the vegetarian restaurant near by.

Was here in July 2018. I really like the hospitality, and the owner’s will to wake up at 4 a.m. for us ????. The room was also clean and well maintained. Your assistants were so kind also. 10 stars for me!

Had the fortunate experience of staying here, but quite unlucky also that we only stayed for one night.

Ok. The first thing you should know is that the place is owned by one of the coolest dudes you'll ever meet in Jogjakarta (I'll leave his identity for you to find out).

It's also conveniently placed near everything without being too near. You can easily access most of the interesting places Jogjakarta has to offer from here but the area is also quite relaxed and quiet, free from all the city noise.

The hostel offers all the amenities that you need for a comfortable Jogjakarta stay. There are clean toilets and showers. Spacious rooms with clean linen. A corridor for conversations and hanging out. A terrace where you can eat, relax, or play with the super chill cat.

If you're lucky (like us), the owner can take you to a nearby desserts place that serves one of the best es milo (iced milo) in town.

Will I and my friends stay here again? Definitely. The name of the hostel will give you an idea of how it feels staying here: "Matur nuwun" is Javanese for thank you. And we were really thankful that we found this place.

Super cool place with awesome host! The place is clean, quite and homy. Steve is also an awesome host with a very kind wife and crazy friends. This place will make your Jogja adventure more fun and memorable! :)

I've been there for three nights and I really recommend this place! Super clean and the staff is friendly. The owner Steve is so knowledgeable and he gave us the good places to go. Near by a street with a big market to by fruits and vegetables and a tasty vegetarian restaurant. Thanks for having us at your place, I would come back anytime. ????
