Room was dirty. Seasoned traveller and usually takes a lot for me to complain. But this one was off the chart specialy considering the price paid and comparables. Staff was understanding but couldn't help much as the hole place was like this. Reviews were totally inaccurate.

A cheap and comfortable place to stay. The room is clean with a nice tidy bathroom. Tou got a quite facility like double bed, AC, and TV. It's very recommended for people who are looking for a cheap hotel below 200k

I decided to stay here after receiving promo code for oyo rooms. I choosen Rumah Eyang because it has a good rate with 4+ stars. But sadly, I checked in the night at 7 PM and the receptionist said I can stay at Ndalem Mantrijeron Hotel. He didn't give me reason why I must stay at different hotel. Sadly, Ndalem Matrijeron was not clean. The windows full of dust and its look like an old hotel.

The worse ever. Toilet cannot be flush... Aircond is making so much sound and not cold, bedsheet is dirty.... Everything is bad.... The worse hotel ever .

She helps me a lot when I stay here, the owner was nice too. Definitely will stay here again if I come to jogja.

Good and cheap place to stay. The place is clean and located strategically. The staffs are friendly. Will come back here again.

You get what you pay for - good location and value for money.Uncomfortable bed, hard springs. Mosquitos in room.
