I stayed there 1 night in July 2, 2022 and booked use Traveloka. The hotel not in side of Parangtritis road but so close to Parangtritis road. The hotel was clean and natural with old design. The staff was humble, explain clearly, and very helpful. The most amazing is the room with terrace, a chair and table for enjoy the air in garden also if want to smoke. Then the room also so wide, with 1 bed for 3 people and 1 single bed, 1 cupboard, 1 refrigerator, 1 working table, 1 television, 1 chair, some drawers. Then if we will have guests also there's 2 chairsu0026a table can be used for guests. The bathroom so clean with bathtub, hot water, and the door of bathroom like japanese style. The toiletries not that complete, but it's okay. So recommend for family especially with kiddos. Even my parents so happy to stay here because natural and lively ambience.

my worst stay ever ???? booked late due to urgent matters, only got this hotel on web which on my budget. i didn’t expect much but at least any hotel should be hygiene and clean especially during this pandemic situation. cockroach is everywhere, floor drain smells broke into the room, fill out the air inside the room.
i found rotten chicken bone under the bed and also died cockroach again. this is insane and not healthy at all.

air conditioner not working, never expect any sweaty sleep experience in my entire life.

i never give 1 star for review but this is exceptional.
if you are serious on running this business, please fix all the hospitality which is so so so poor. even we have to put guards on while sleeping in case of flying cockroach which means we are NOT SLEEPING at all???!!!!

It is pretty comfy to stay here. The room size is pretty spacious. There is a balcony, hot shower, closet, small square of shower soap, and shampoo. But there is not toothbrush. The breakfast was fried rice with fried chicken, there is also toast, jam, Tea and coffee. For mineral water, we take it by ourself in the corner of room alley. It is pretty good and affordable to stay here. But the cleanness is so-so. It is a bit dirty around the lamp room. The color of the towel looks so old because it is white towel.

We came and we left prematurely. The staff was nice and helpful and smiley and the breakfast service was there and decent. The garden had a cozy feel to it and the overall place looked nice and chill if we only didn't get the room we did. Even at first when we came, we were introduced to the room that was in the corner, without any windows overlooking the garden but actually facing the passage hall. We asked for air and sunlight and the receptionist lady moved us to a room with a balcony. We were far too tired to investigate that one too, since we were happy we didn't have to sleep in a dark box. Only after we made ourselves cozy and unpacked, did we notice the strange moldy smell coming from the bathroom and the A/C. It couldn't be specified nor helped and we didn't bother complaining to the staff again since we had our days organized and came back to our room only to sleep, but still, the smell was there and it was not pleasant to breathe in. As I mentioned before, for the price, it would have been an ideal place, for its location too, but the smell was just an overkill.

Overall was not so bad. We liked the idea of refilling water bottle minimum tissue usage for environment sake. They need to re-new their towels.

Overall a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, good price quality. Nice inner garden with benches to relax. Rooms have a balcony. Maybe breakfast can be a bit better.....

I love the bed! The hotel is quiet old but I agree that they still try to provide their customers best.
