It is an enjoyable stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed there during the loose season. So, we got the breakfast delivered to our room. There is a pool view if you are lucky enough to get the rooms on 1st floor. There is also special access to the pool from the rooms on 1st floor. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The TV is already an LED TV. Thumbs up!!

Room was clean.
Towels were old but clean. No problem with me.
Staffs were nice and quite helpful.
Price was great.
You might want to contact the hotel directly and compare. In my case, I booked online, it turned out the hotel direct price was a better deal.

Recommended place to stay with family. The executive rooms have direct access to the pool so it is really convenient. It is in a good location with many restaurant options selling western to local cuisine. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly.

Good place to be, near Via-Via, and life nigth around prawitoman, and easy to go by yourself / bejak/ bike / around sultan palace and more.The staff is nice, the breakfast is magnificient, trust me! , in couple or with your family, you will be pleased, with nice touch of efficient design of the room and lobby, i recommand these place.....and don t forget nice evening jazz concert at via via,,,finaly 2 pleasure in one good choice with eclipse Hotel.

So relaxing place , very very good ambience ,once entered the hotel will feel separate from the sorrounding , its like in separate island.

Morning come with nice breakfast with the pool view

Strongly recommend for both business or family trip

Infront , just cross the street we can try tempo gelato and many places for beer

great hotel with nice staffs and services, large room with a large window that has a balcony with a pool view. love the vibe when seeing the pool is surrounded by the greens. strategic location and close to tempo gelato, laundry, restaurant and coffee shop. would love to stay here again.

Very generously sized rooms. I felt the bathroom could be a little cleaner of limescale etc., otherwise the place was fresh. The pool is massive. The staff were the highlight though, from the concierge to the front desk, they were all so polite, warm and helpful.
