hidden gems hotel in jogjaa. if you look for artistic hotel that provide jogja old culture, i will reccomend this hotel. the location is near tempo gelato and in the prawirotaman area, it makes you feel like in bali and jogja at the same time. th staff is very helpful. this hotel provide coffe and tea in front of reception. minus for this hotel is they do not provide us toothpaste and toothbrush, and the wastafel water wad very small. but all of it it is a great hotel with minimum budget. Great friendly place. Surprisingly quiet, comfortable Losman styled rooms where everything works. Breakfast packet, water, coffee and tea provided free.

I absolutely will describe this guest house as Awesome!!

I got all i need during my stay ( January 15th,2022). Clean room, clean amenities, AC, friendly staffs, good ambience, economic price with tasty free breakfast, free self serviced tea u0026 coffee, wifi, also hot water shower that was working so well.

It's located on very strategic Prawirotaman Street area. Though this place is narrow from the outside...but it's quite comfy on the inside. ( sure,parking area availability is a common issue in prawirotaman street ). I ride a motorbike so i could just park at guest house's terrace.

Here you can easily find restaurants, cafe, beer shop, minimarket along prawirotaman street. Just take a walk and grab your things. ????

Really simple and pleasant but have to say that there were not a single women in the staff of the hotel... For a women travelling alone it was awkward when you need some things. Also the breakfast was disappointing. Anyway really enjoyable and affordable when it is for few days and close to many things as restaurant, coffee bar etc. Really liked the handmade atmosphere and the small garden in the center of the hotel.

The toilet is not very clean, and I can't control the temperature of hot water, it's burn my skin, it's really hot. The breakfast too greasy, it seems like oil salad. Overall, with only IDR 200.000, this hotel is worth it.

very nice staffs, helpfull and caring, free self serviced coffee and tea every day, the rooms are clean and smells nice, bathrooms are nice and functional, ethnic design guesthouse with small green garden at the center of the building. although my room doesn't have AC, I don't feel the heat of the weather. already missing it, wants to stay there again next time.

Friendly staff, even if the conversations are mostly limited to trivial things. Clean and quiet rooms and lovely backyard. WiFi is working fine. The breakfast is simple - they just switch between toast and rice. A mosque is nearby, so be prepared for a short interruption of your sleep in the morning. Great price-performance-ratio!
