I rent a car from here and the rental is very reasonable, so much so we can't find anywhere cheaper. It also rents scooters out as well but not sure on pricing for these but I expect then to be cheaper than most around. The coffee shop at the front is also good for breakfast and drinks. I like the Americano coffee there, very nice taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful also can give you a little knowledge of the area if required, they also speak English too which is good, a lot better than some places.

my opinion is not relative to the cafe but to their scooter rental (unfortunately, there is no dedicated page, while their rental business is important). I returned the scooter an hour late, I was asked to pay an additional 40k, I'm sorry but that's theft...

We checked in immediately left the room to go have dinner at the beach. Upon arrive back at hotel at 10pm we realized our air condition was broken and only pushing out warm, damp air. My girlfriend and I slept in our sweat piles all night and were absolutely miserable. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU CHECK THE AIR CONDITION FIRST.
I thought it was very rude to not give us a discount or a full refund or an additional night for free because of the miserable experience of sleeping in what felt like a sauna.

Don’t stay here. Completely Ruined our short vacation because my girlfriend and I didn’t get any sleep because it was so disgusting and hot.

We had a really nice stay. Clean room, good wifi, friendly and helpful staffs (the owner is also very nice and friendly). Location is good, full of nice places to drink, eat and chill out on that street. Breakfast is good too. (what I like the most is they have water dispenser on every floor)

This hotel service is very helpful and i like it. The place is very tidy, clean, lovely, and price is cheapest among another hotel on this area. 5 minutes to malioboro, 1 minutes to convince stocks, restaurants, bar, etc. But, main road on the front of hotel is one way, 3 meters wide road, 2 car parking lots, 10 motorcycle parking lot. This hotel had a 3 floor which only fit for 9 rooms.
