So, actually I had visited this restaurant many times before my last booking. The breakfast and lunch menus when I stayed at the hotel and the buffet itself was good. But, my bad experience happened recently when I bought the voucher of Afternoon tea from Fave. The voucher itself states that no reservation required. Then,I went to the restaurant and was greeted by the staff who said I need to book and he couldn't let me join because there were already 300+ guests coming in. I showed him my voucher, with what stated on the voucher but he insisted that I needed to book and he couldn't let me in. I left with anger and confusion. So, before my 2nd attempt in using this voucher, I called the restaurant and booked. Another staff picked up my call, I told her what had happened before,and she apologised on behalf of her friend. There probably a misunderstanding happened. She said, in using this voucher I don't need to book. And She asked me to leave my number so the front desk staff can call me (this voucher meant to be in lobby, not in the restaurant, she said). I left my number with her (by phone ) and waited to be called.
But, no call received from them.
After that, I have no intention anymore to use this voucher and I let it expired on 5th June.
