It's a relief feeling whenever you back to Ciputra Jakarta Hotel and the staff always welcome with their warm hospitality.... It is really feels like coming back home. I love every details, their excellent staff, beautiful lobby, nice room, pool, tasty dishes, all are outstanding.

It's very hard to select who are their best employee, cause everyone at the Hotel has the kind of high standard in service, they are magnificent, courteous and problem solver. Overall they are great people who serves from heart and it made my holiday feels at home. What an unexpected enjoyable! I would rate the stay to be 9 out of 10. And definitely will make a return trip for my future stay in Jakarta.

Excellent hotel clean and tidy.
Absolutely fantastic stay,rooms are nice u0026 the beds were so comfortable.
Breakfast included with all you can eat u0026 drink buffet and the food was delicious.
Has an outdoor swimming pool suitable for all ages u0026 an indoor spa facility.
Has a big shopping centre attached to the hotel for convenience.
Highly recommended.

Great service throughout my stay! Felt welcomed the moment I arrived in this hotel. For sure the highlight was the wonderful hospitality given by all of the front desk staffs. I extremely enjoyed the ambience in their tropical themed swimming pool. Special shoutout to Ms. Erika, who helped me during check in and called out my name from the very first day until I checked out, made my day so much better! Recommended! ????????

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ciputra Hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Jakarta Barat. We had some good experiences at the Gym area called VPosture, again the staff was very helpful, friendly and humble. Thanks to Ana for greeting us kindly. Thank you for the services and hospitality.

When I first entered the lobby, it feels so vibrant and lively with all the decorations. I also really liked the outdoor dining area by the pool as it heightens my dining experience. Room was cozy and clean, the staffs are also very friendly. Overall a great stay indeed, would come back again some time in the future.

there are various breakfast menu suitable for kids and adults, and absolutely delicious. the staffs are very friendly and warm. Gallery definitely serves the best breakfast. The facilities are very nice and well maintained and it is very recommended for family vacation. Meeting room is also very good and ballroom very suitable for wedding.

The Staff is really kind and warm, but I think they need to pay more attention in the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. We had several inconveniences but they were solved quickly and offered another room. I think they need to supervise the maintenance and cleaning (deep cleaning, scrubbing bathtub, sink,toilet, vacuum). The breakfast is really good and as I mentioned the staff is very committed
