I used to take care of my mother to appoint dentally. But it took 2 Hours. It's frustrating because the nurse is rude and unprofessional administration. Very unprofessional.

Several times coming to RS Royal Taruma to meet friends hospitalized here.
Generally they commented that hospital care is quite good, have modern medical check facilities, nurses are responsive and nimble, so doctors can analyze his patients quickly and take appropriate action.
It's just that there are some complaints about hospital administration, especially when going to be hospitalized. Since hospital have ISO 9001, the guidance for improving the quality of services already exists and just needs to be done.
Finally, everything depends only on the quality of maintaining its human resources.

My father had a mild stroke about 6 months ago and need to control to neurologist monthly. BUT PLEASE you have to do something about your appointment system, your appointment from WA chat is practically useless for the patient experience bcs the consultation for doctor is still by order of arrival, like what?? So why we have to do an appointment for the first place? I guess its only for your admin to prepare the medical record early on the day-1 but not a single benefit for the patients. So what's the consequence? We really have to come as morning as we can and we race with some freakin' "JOKI" to get the consultation queue number when the patients is not even there! Please!

Knowledgeable doctor. Patient u0026 attentive nurses. Effortless registration process once reserved. Website is outdated.

It's located near the Ciputra Mall, the service and place is good. They have a canteen on the B floor.

They are not known for best medical equipment nor being the best in the country. But they are good for common ailments.. like dengue, typhoid, etc.. their strong points however, is their tasty food and caring nurses that definitely brighten up your days and get you back on your feet in no time. The rakuni bakery in their lobby is also good.

Good and clean hospital. Always came here to meet the internist doctor when I feel sick or/and to buy mini pao at Rakuni Bakery at ground floor near to the lift. There was a Coffee Bean Shop at ground floor too. They have 2 good internist doctors : dr. Agatha Lita and dr. Hendarto. But its take a very long time for waiting the medicine in the pharmacy.
