Nice place to workout, but need to improve for the amenities, no body soap and shampoo. Sauna also sometimes not working.

I will give 1 star for the the staff especially the MARKETING STAFF. The marketing staff treat me bad, when I ask the price he said that he can’t answer it. Even when he shows the room he just silent. Not doing anything. Please behave

A good place to excercise. It gets so crowd at certain time. There are some group exercises inside here. They have Les Mills exercise programs like BodyPump , Body Combat , Body Jam , Shbam , Body Balance , CXWorx , and many more. Dont 4get to register yourself if u want to join the cycling class in advance

Best of the 3 Golds I have been to in Jakarta. Quite spacious and a good variety of equipment. Friendly staff too. Better air conditioning than the other gyms, and also more spacious locker room area.
One negative is that there is only one bench press and one squat rack. The bench and squat rack are always the most popular equipment in any gym and there should be two of each, at least.

The gym equipments and machines are quite old. And overall, the place is under very low maintenance. Avoid training at night unless you want to attend to a class group excercise because of the crowd here.

Most of the static bicycles aren't working. The (male) locker and shower room are a mess, especially the shower room, the floor is slippery and filthy, reek with cigarrette smell, some of the shower stall have broken door and the worst of it is the privacy sticker that cover the glass beetween the stall are torn on some of the stall, check thoroughly before you start showering (unless you're the perv that did that to the stall then F**K YOU!!)

Do watch out for some uncivilized behavior by some perverts inside the (male) sauna room, unless that's your thing thou' then go ahead and enjoy.

Oh and the customer service and sales staffs are also very arrogant and rude. They won't care for any complain at all, they'll just laugh at it.

And for the current membership price they offering, i assure you that it wasn't worth it. You'll be better of with the Ciputra Hotel Gym, Celebrity Fitness in Central Park or Fitness First at Taman Anggrek that offers the same price range.

I have been visiting this gym since the very beginning, in term of facility maybe fall behind fitness first and celebrity fitness, but people in this gym are determine to be fit and healthy, staffs are friendly, and make sure to check their class schedule if you want to participate in group exercises

To crowded..so difficult to joint the class because the place is so small and full of people in the class..

The shower roon is more tragic..some of them Broken and left out by the cleaner..horor thing that the privacy paper in shower torn out and can be seen from beside you..

Never go back to this place..
