Probably the best hotel to stay in GS area. Luxurious hotel with extensive use of marble and natural stones everywhere!

Generally the hotel and common area feels clean and hygienic.

During my stay I had some trouble with my booking, but this was attended to very promptly and resolved satisfactorily. I was mainly dealing with Mr. Nova from the Sales division, he was very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel management definitely put customer service and satisfaction as their top priority, I can really tell by how everyone (almost everyone) is very friendly and welcoming, starting from the security guy at the front all the way to the house keeping staff.

One recommendation would be to review the breakfast quality as I find most of the food offerings doesn’t taste really good.

We loved this place, new design and great service. It is by the Main Street that you cannot miss it. Inside the hotel, you also get to choose to enjoy spa, food fitness or swimming.

I am not familiar with this area, but it seems still quite empty and under developing. And the speed seems fast.

The hotel design is unique, you can see it from afar. The people here are nice. The only thing seems transportation issue. But it may be my own issue.

I am excited to get to know how is the interior like after i knew that there was a spare room, and it was very well. The best thing is they give bath tub in every room. Also, the facilities are as expected as what every 5 stars in Indonesia could have. No complaints. Recommended

Amazing stay at JHL Solitaire. I was there unexpectedly due to a family emergency. Staff was so kind including Ari and everyone else we encountered. Rooms are nice. Room service was ok while breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant were amazing. The gym was also very nice. Overall would highly recommend without reservation.

One of the best hotel in this town. Easy access this location. I have invited seminar at Sky Ballroom. Nice view from the top, to see the city. Clean hotel, nice services, good menu and i'm so excited the ambience of the room. It's so clear to hear the seminar, clear the big screen.

Our first time visiting this 5 star hotel in Gading Serpong. Certainly live up the standard of a 5 star hotel, the reception interior is nice u0026 calming. We’re here for a wedding ceremony, the dish they served were delicious as well, one thing to acknowledge is when more than 1 event is being held there, the parking space will be fully occupied u0026 they will send you to the next building to park your car.

We stayed for two nights. Here's the review:
(-) Very long check-in time, even though it was booked beforehand. Been asked to wait and will later be contacted at the contact number, but after 30' they were not contacted us, then we queued back to check in. Still not ready and asked to wait back. 50 minutes to check in.
(-) Staff not welcoming either on arrival or exit. At all.
(-) There is no children's playground that can be accessed for free except at the children's spa. Not much to do with kids in this hotel.
(+) salon and restaurant menus are all delicious. Bit pricey but the quality is quite good.

Afterall, this hotel is 5 stars for the physical aspect but the hospitality aspect still needs to be improved.
