Very bad experience! Waiting for over than 24 hours for pcr results which I already paid for the max 24 hours result. I don’t know what’s wrong with the lab, already 3 times asking the results via phone call but the answer only suggesting to wait. Really disappointed!

Reservation via online for schedule 09.00-10.00, come to the hospital at 10.00, the doctor start at 11.00, and got queue no 7, then what is the purpose of online reservation? Useless. The queue system shall be improved. Better go to another hospital who value of time.

I have best experience with Bethsaida Hospital since more than 5 years ago my wife has been diagnosed for Cyst Endometriosis and almost have no chance to get pregnant cause of it.
1. My wife get Cyst operation, recovery treatment and program until the next 10 mon she's getting pregnant.
2. First time pregnant consulting with the doctor until maternity day.
3. My son vaccines and consulting for sickness and recovery.
4. Second time pregnant consulting with the doctor until maternity day. (As today i wrote this experience).
5. Next it will be My daughter vaccines and consulting.

Building are clean and every staff was very helping and have very good attitude and service.
Doctors and Nurses as i experience with :
1. dr. Ong Chandra, MMPd., SpOG(K) Onk.
2. dr. Christiana R. Setiawan, Sp.A.
3. dr. Clement Dewanto, Sp.B.
4. dr. Lidya Suryany Holiwono.
As far i know they have very good communication from medical to common language so we can know and understand easily what happen to us and get the best solution what we must do.

I had a good experience at Bethsaida. The nurses were kind and friendly, the doctor was great

We came to get out 16 hour PCR test done in the drive through. After paying over 900k each plus another 18k for a printed copy, we were told they would not be able to provide the result, needed for flying, for at least 2 days (regulations are that PCR is done within 2x24 hours). We complained and asked for a refund, only to be told it would take 14 working days. We asked to speak to a manager but they refused to get one. Some of the worst service from a hospital I have ever experienced.

The standard of procedure of the hospital is really good. The service , nurses and staffs are very good ???????????????????????? Ths hospital room is very clean.

Better choose another hospital. My sister has a bad experience with their service and in two days they even charged her almost 30.000.000 IDR for two days in there. We had experience to treat her in other hospital and she stay there one week the same class, the even a lot of treatment. compared to this one, this is very rude, very unlogical charge, the doctor also not very friendly and they didn't do nothing. Well I would say this place more to fraud hospital. Good luck for your business!! Without thinking the humanity to save people life!!
