I needed to take something under the bed, and when I looked down, oh god it's so disgusting. Lots of trash down there, there was even the unfinished bread being down there since no one knows when... and very dusty. Already told the staff when checked out, they need to clean the whole room not just the visible part. The bathroom is not very clean also.

Good points:
Excellent location. Staff is good, excellent Customer service. Ready 2 help.
Bad points:
*No security guard 2 help us to exit the parking to main road in the heavy traffic road.
*Found old u0026 torn room towel. ????
*smell cigar smoke from the bathroom exhaust in non smoking room. Already told the staff but they couldnot give solution.
*bed little bit hard u0026 not flat in the middle.
*phone u0026 some lamps are off, not working. It's not convinient 2 complain u0026 ask technician 2 fix it after we checked in.
Please check everything b4 guests checked in!!!!
*breakfast has not served completely till 6.40. Only 1 staff attending. It might not a busy daya, but please keep the 6am breakfast on time.

***** please think about air circulation inside the room, you have no open window to provide fresh air, please make sure aircond u0026 exhaust to work properly, clean u0026 2 b checked properly b4 handed 2 guests.

- Yellowish shower head
- Stains all over shower tiles
- Room Phone not working
- Leaky aircon
- Smelly room
- Overall cleanliness need to improve

As I spending my 7 days quarantine on my trip from Australia, I simply decided to stay in this hotel. It is extremely important to pick a good hotel for 7 days and I feel I am ok to spend my quarantine here. It is not too far from the airport and it is in a lively shopping area. It has good access for lots important public places.

Quite impressive for two stars hotel. I like the ambience and the hotel theme. For your information, this hotel is managed by Parador group. Fast check in u0026 check out, good hospitality and cozy room. There are also many instagrammable spots in the hotel. It is located next to Betsaidha hospital. If you want to hang around the corner, there are some restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

The experience of staying twice at the Fame Hotel :
Starting from the security guard at the front who was very friendly, then the receptionist was friendly and quick in guest questions.
for the price of staying here, it's really good, pocket friendly. for shades here all purple, very bright. make every room come alive. for neat and clean rooms.

Minus no small fridge, hairdryer.
for comfort and safety ok!
and what is really good at the Fame Hotel is the food, the fried rice is really good. In my opinion, Nasi Goreng Fame is the winner. so addicted to eating fried rice Fame hehe and the Fame Hotel hot coffee here I also really like it ????
