Oh yeah. My favorites noodle of all times. This noodle is very good. And please note that it uses pork and lard. With a curly noodle, some sweet pork and charsiuw chop, it was the taste I would not forget... And you can add some chilli pickle to add some kick to it.
PS: try to store it in the fridge overnight, and cook it (do not use oil) in the morning. Add the pickled cilli and stirl it till its warm and the oil became liquid again. Ahh its taste even better.
