Good for staying with family, large kids pool with slides and adult pool also very convenient.. Weekend quite pack, kids are happy playing at pool.. Good room maintenance, cleanliness and electronics for 3 stars hotel, with smart TV can watch Netflix, streaming YouTube, etc.. Breakfast menu quite competitive, with reasonable selection of food.. Staff trying the best to deliver friendly service to the guest.. Best of luck, and hope can continuously improve the products and services to stay competitive.. ????

Room is okay, unfortunately the service is quite not good. Room without any towels even after late check in and have to wait also the room is not ready until 5pm.(not sure because of full occupancy or not) but even if its because full occupied, this shall not happen and anticipated.
The breakfast ran out even still 6.30 am and fried rice taste was terrible, also the staff in the restaurant there quite not warm. But the good things are good room with good view, good swimming pool, and parking area as well. Just need to improve service in restaurant and make sure room is ready

Staff are very friendly and seems hard to make the guests coming are happy.
Lack of linen towel and cutlery equipment is one of particular things that need to be solved by the management.
Preparation during high season is another point to be anticipated, chaotic during breakfast menu rotation is need to be anticipated, tasteof food are great .
Overall ,cleanliness of the hotel are great ,wide parking area indoor and outdoor ,high speed wifi surrounding hotel area.

This hotel actually located in a very strategic location just across the Sumarecon Mall.
But for me the services of the hotel, especially how they helped me as a customer is very poor. Since day one, I found out there was no soap and shampoo at the dispenser. It took quite some time before one employee came and check. He said that the dispenser was not working very well and I need to push it a little bit harder to get the soap and shampoo out of the thing. And the smell was also not good (like a liquid soap for cleaning floor and so watery)and the sum of the soap was not sufficient for my 2 nights stay at the hotel. And then, when I went out the parking lot at the same day after I registered my car's police number at the front desk, the parking officer still charged even I complained. He said I need to pay and when I come back try to register again. I just paid because I need to go to the hospital and registered again when I came back to the hotel. But the same thing also happened on the day after. When I complained, the parking officer insisted me to pay and do the same thing again like a day before. And...after I paid again and go through the portal, before my car even passed the portal, the portal went down, hit the car, and caused a damage at the roof of the car. I complained and asked the receptionist at the hotel and security to help me, but they were not even came and help to mediate. I had to do everything by myself. For me, I was the hotel guest, and if something happened at the area of the hotel, the manager or the hotel' staff need to do something. After I did my check out process, then the receptionist apologized. That's it. Not even asked about my car.
This was my worst experience stayed at the 3 star hotel who said the actual rate before discount of my room was IDR. 1.500.000 but the services even worst than the cheapest hotel I've ever stayed. Facility is not bad, location is premium, but without great services and ability to give good attention to customer care, your star is not valuable

Don’t stay here. I stayed 5 days and on the 2nd day my iPhone was stolen from the room inside my backpack. The hotel basically said tough luck. Never stay on this hotel!!!

The room on 9th floor smells ciggarets smokes. Even though the floor is for non smoking room area.

It was a nice stay. The room is clean and it has balcony. The corridor smells like barbeque (it might has some trouble with ventilation). They start playing music at the corridor at 6am, which is annoying. The pool was okay when we swam on Saturday and Monday, however on Tueday morning green moss/algae started to pile up and the pool became so dirty (yaiks!)
