The staff is really friendly, but unfortunately food and coffee we ordered were really bad. Pizza for 65K (+ taxes) was basically cracker with ketchup, mushrooms and cheese. Forgot to take a photo, but believe me. Writing this so you guys can improve your business, otherwise it will be always like that.

Soetta Terminal 2 Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is not open 24 hours. They close at 17:00 and supposedly opens again at 00:00. It is very frustrating as I was duped into going there as part of a Bank Mega promotion. Very poor public information and reflects very badly on the bank and that chain. Worthless promotion to tell us we have the facilities equal to an airport lounge at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf but to arrive and find them closed when all other shops are open.

Only this place I found cozy in Terminal 2, I mean the inside at the airport.
I am always coming while I am waiting my flight. Cafe latte is my favorite, but I order a cake too sometimes.
The staffs are also nice, just need a bit smile ????
Prices are definitely a bit high as it's in airport.

Excellent coffee u0026 food as always. Nevertheless I was shocked to see that smokers get the biggest area and plenty of seatings whilst non-smokers have to squeeze in between a small alley u0026 kitchen counter!!!

Good place for relax while you are waiting flight... breakfast menu banana almond taste very good, soft and sweet...

Swiss mocha latte.. Mmm, tastes so standard, coffee doesnt really tasty.

The mushroom pizza is great. Nice to have a bite before flying. The staff is also helpful to use our Telkomsel points to exchange to pay the menu. Thank you.
