Struggled for very long at the counter before deciding what to eat.
Wanted to eat waffles not available, they had the new promotion shrimp sambal also not available. Order something with scrambled egg they said egg not available, but then later I ordered the rice with chicken and black pepper sauce and asked to add an egg it was available.
Also ordered a piece of chicken with fries and a root beer float. The restaurant is not hygienic as there were cockroaches crawling around the counter. One just crawled onto the tray while I was ordering and the staff quickly just flung the cockroach away with her hands. Thank God I didn't suffer from any problems after the meal.

Another standard Au0026W fast food restaurant at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK). Still, we prefer the taste of fried chicken in here then other similar fast food restaurants near by. Au0026W chickens are more crispy and crunchy, and not too greasy. The root beer is really good and the best. Prices here are a bit more expensive than those outside the airport. Choices are also more limited here.

This place is also good for sitting together with those who took and accompanied us to the airport. What sometimes annoys us here was that after paying and then we stood for a long time at the side to get our food orders.

They did not manage to get the order right. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 black coffees. We got 2 beef burgers with extra cheese... When we tried to order the coffees again they wanted us to buy French fries ????

Their price is way more expensive compared to their other branches (i spent 170k idr in total for something that are usually around 80k at the mall). They have a very low hygiene, very low that even the Jakarta's street foods would look healthier, they also have a very bad taste, so bad that I got a sour fries. And a very bad service too, their floor always looks dirty, tables full of other's trashed and leftovers, people are smoking outside even tho they have a no smoking policy and signs (and law, right?) and their staffs didn't even bother all of that. Even their wash basin is dirty, you can see chicken's chunk on the filter, left by the customer before you, and try to wash your hand now, you'll find that its tap is also frustrating, it stopped as soon as you released your hand from its button, you can only wash your hand one at a time! I will not recommend this Au0026W, just go to the malls if you want Au0026W.

Still same as before 5 years ago. Menu should be improved. Price is ok, not too expensive. Staff is good.

The best rootbeer in town!
The staff are veru helpful and nice, provided us with detailed information about the menu.
May use gopay for payment.
