As airport hotels go, they're usually expensive and not particularly good. You pay for the convenience.
Well, this hotel may be an exception. Reasonably priced, located directly between Terminal 2D and 2E on the second floor, they have revamped the lobby area and bar/cafe.
The rooms are nothing to write home about, but they're clean and the bathrooms are large. The bed is fine.
The view is fantastic if you are interested in planes: you overlook the runway and apron of Terminal 2.
Staff is friendly and speaks great English. Prices are reasonable. And the room service food was tasty and cheap. The inroom massage was not the best I've ever had, but for a layover hotel actually not bad.

The breakfast is superb!! Giving the five stars is under rated, I’ll easily give them more than five stars. They served healthy, best quality, and the taste is perfect! Compliment to the chef! The hospitality is fantastic, Okie and their staff are super nice and welcoming. Overal the hotel (room, etc are nice), the staff, front end and everyone are friendly. Highly recommended!! Time and money spent well. Thank you.

I would say this hotel is good if you want to stay at airport especially when you have early flight in T2. But they also provide free shuttle every 30 minutes to other terminal by registering at Receptionist. Very near to skytrain station. Room was not big but just nice with view to airplane. Breakfast was also good woth tasty food. The only dowside is the hotel is located in 1 floor so possible to get far room feom reception.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient and in great proximity to the airport. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and gave great advice on timing for our next departure.

This hotel presents a great advantage of location (located inside Soekarno Hatta airport terminal 2).
What I like about this hotel: the room has view to the air field, you can see airplanes taking off, landing, parking all the time just from your window. If you walk outside, you can find lots of food tenants inside the airport terminal, so finding food is no issue here. Also, because of the location, you can go directly to airport check in no time.
What I consider some thing need to be improved: during busy hour, I found the receptionists were overwhelmed. Probably the hotel needs to find a way to shorten check in process. Another thing, the entrance to the hotel is via a narrow stairs and eskalator, it can create difficulties for you sometimes.

We stayed at the hotel between our flights as we had to wait 10 hours. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bedsheets did not feel clean at all. Stained. We ordered food and the smell of the meat made me nauseous and sick to my stomach.
