Long wait just to get inside while the staff manually enters all the details from your boarding pass. Extremely limited selection of food. The "hot" food is served cold. Drinks are all kept behind the counter so you need to line up and request each one. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Small little lounge but has everything you need. Bar serves beer and wine. Buffet style hot food.

I think its one of the worse plaza premium or comparing to other lounge. I would rather stay in other restaurants available in the terminal and using the public toilet than using my complimentary in this lounge.

Food: 4/10
Toilet: 2/10 - smelly
Seating: 5/10
Staff: 3/10 - not particularly friendly especially the front desk

Note: no announcement for ppl using air asia. But seriously, still dont have any courtesy to at least inform. Whats the point staying in the lounge.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but this lounge truly deserves it. Starting with the shower… the first one had no running water and the second one had only cold water from the tap with a shower head. The shower bathroom was unclean and gross. The food was ok, clearly the chef cared about the dishes, but it was extremely unclean with flies and pieces of chicken all over the cabinet. Drink options were lacking. Staff in general were not very helpful. Wifi was terrible. Honestly, would recommend sitting in a restaurant instead but definitely do not pay to enter.

Tried this lounge today in the morning. Quite clean and comfy. Has a lot of seats and work stations. Food selection is limited but taste wise is good. They have hot food like baked beans, scrambled egg, sausages, fried noodles, nasi lemak, bread and pastry, cereals, fruits, fruit juices and coffee tea. They have shower rooms as well. Overall a good lounge.
They can improve on their speed to clean up the used plates/cups etc left by customers; I found many tables with plates cups from previous customers.

Decent Airport lounge at international terminal 3 at CGK Jakarta. Near to gate 5. There’s many seats at different areas of the lounge. There’s also a bar counter and a hot food counter. Food choices is okay considering the lounge is not very big. Shower room and toilets available.

Now they serve warm food like pastas and beefball soup. Better.
But wifi internet still slow, sometimes cannot connect.
Please quickly improve.
While waiting for improvement, we can connect to Asiangames2018 Wifi instead.
