I stayed there for 10 days and it was an incredible experience. The food is delicious brought from the garden to your plate, the location is amazing surrounded by nature, and the staff is super friendly. Couldn't recommend it more to anyone that wants to disconnect from the daily life to connect with nature. The most important is that they care about the environment and have a lot of sustainable practices. A great example that we can live in harmony with nature. 100% recommended!

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The view is amazing, the rooms are so private and uniquely designed, the food was the best I have eaten in Bali and during the massage all you can hear is running water and birds. There is a stunning waterfall and swimming hole. 100% you need to stay here if you want to unwind and relax.

I enjoyed my stay at Sarinbuana. Where it most shone for me was the relationships with its community. My interactions with the locals who freelance for the lodge to offer guided walks, chauffeured tours, and Balinese massage were all excellent. It feels good to meet local people and hear their insights on the amazing landscape at the boundary of sawah rice plots, food forest, and rainforest.

I also really liked the thoughtful design. Each cottage or building in the complex feels self contained and private, even though none are more than a few dozen metres away from each other. The landscaping and architectural work really feels like it fits into the landscape rather than being a foreign object imposed on it.

Beautiful location, well-designed bungalows, superb staff, great concept including sustainability, locally-sourced u0026 grown produce. One weekend is not enough to explore all the different activities, but it's great to relax and unplug. WiFi is available in the restaurant that serves delicious meals and drinks. It's fun to explore the surroundings and the organic garden, while it's also very near a local village or the community-managed rainforest. I would come back in a heartbeat, if I could!

I’d give a rating of 100 stars if I could. This place truly is Heaven on Earth. Luxurious simplicity, totally immersed in lush abundant nature, and nourished by their loving smiley staff and incredible food!

Could not recommend this place more if you’re looking for a tranquil peaceful spot to recharge your batteries and connect to nature.

Where to start? this place is my new favorite place to escape from it all on Bali. You’ve stumbled on a real gem here. On an island where every second hotel is an eco-escape, this is the real deal. Lovingly crafted over 3 decades by a warm family who still live onsite, this is sustainable hospitality as an art form. The sustainable credentials are legit and recognized by many awards and the family's relationship to the local community is deep and mutually supportive. Regardless of your interest in green/social tourism this place in amazing. Each villa feels like it's on its own in a jungle paradise, with incredible views over the canopy and filled with nice details, like books that bring you back to when travellers got their tips word of mouth or from fat books.
Then there's the most incredible natural chemical-free swimming pool in the whole of Bali and little waterfalls at the end of a short walk down the valley(on the property)

We had only 3 rejuvenating nights but wish we could stay much longer, it felt like a home away from home. The owners and staff are natural hosts and so warm and relaxed with our hyperactive 2 years old. We'll be definitely back, the owners and place are an inspiration for what can be created with enough love, time and hard work.

Other highlights included delicious garden to table food, (veg and non- veg) amazing wood fired pizza,rain-forest walks, a beautiful bamboo yoga shala with 360 jungle views,a library of specialist books on plants, sustainability, travel and spirituality and next time we'll definitely have the massage and plant therapy that guests raved about....and stay much longer.

Beautifully located ecolodge perched in the lush tropical jungle. The birds, the plants, the view, all were exceptional especially after the hustle and bustle of Ubud. I loved the fresh salads prepared with the herbs from their garden and the local organic eggs. The common restaurant area was fun to hang out at and they provided conscious books and games to choose from. Perfect getaway with my boyfriend. We also had a free upgrade which was the cherry on top :) highly recommended!
