+ good place. Neat. Convenient. Good taste (as always). Provide baby chair.
- long queue for lunch and dinner time. No toilet provided.
Fav Menu : hot chicken wings level 3, wedges, and pink lava for drink!

I like this place, good tasted food of course, the quality is the same as how famous this place is. For the parking spot of course its big. The price itself, is not too expensive i think, its average priced. 5/5 would recommend to eat here and have a good time.

My kiddos love the chicken fire very much. No wonder when we had a vacation to Surabaya, we rushed to Richeesee for a dinner. As long as they enjoyed it, i enyoyed it much more. ????

1. For the chicken
For me richeese factory in tunjungan plaza have a different chicken than the other outlets. Such as royal plaza. Etc..
The taste of chicken is good for mee.. Like a fresh chicken.. I dont say the other outlets have a really bad chicken, they have a good chicken bit not best chicken like in here..
2. Spice
Have a same taste like the other outlets.. Theres no different..
3.place
A cozy place to hangout with your friends.. Even when you are alone ????????
4. Service
Have a good service.. Great attitude.. Always smile.. But yeah you know.. U need to be patient.. Because this place never quite..
5. Price
Average for me.. Not too high not too low
