Very bad service!! I came here last night with family. The manager keep pushing us to order many meat. She even manipulating the order, just say when we added one more portion she kept saying two more to the waiter. Etc. She couldn't speak Indonesia fluently, and also didn't understand what we said. After that, the meat came already cooked by them. They didn't let us grilled the meat for the reason: not enough staff to help us. And the orders came out wrong, more than our orders. Maybe that's the trick so we had to pay more?? Then, unlike usual korean barbeque, there's only a few kind of side dishes and they only can gave two times refill. Even the lettuce wrap!! Only two times refill!! Usually korean barbeque give the lettuce wraps as many as the meat portion. We already asked for more, but she spoke in alien Indonesian language and refused to give more. Then we also waited too long for the japcae to came out. And..... When I'm paying the bill at the cashier, what I saw was really shocking: they were thawing the frozen meat in a open tray, and put the meat on the floor, in the hallway for the staff to walk so when the staff crossby they walked on top of the meat. OMG!! Very unhygienic. I definitely won't come here anymore. Take a look at my picture!! And think twice before you come.
