The wifi speed is quiet good. The price for coffee and cakes are a bit pricey. The staffs sometimes are not aware of promos on that day, therefore we have to be active asking. When we went here the system was error therefore I could not pay using starbucks, so no rewards despite my big purchase :(

this outlet in middle of Tunjungan Plaza 5....only non smoking area.... the taste... best and recommended....come here for redemption ????

Drinks are ok: Starbucks' standard. No ambient music, toilet without hand soap, and water tap turned closed: not a Starbucks' standard.

One good Starbucks outlet with comfortable seating and nice ambience. Come here frequently for business meeting, as it's quiet most of the times. A cup of tea or coffee always makes a good companion. Good standard of service as always.

The place is too small and the cashier is only one. So it is hardly possible to have a seat here. But I was lucky enough to do some works here while enjoying the coffee. The wifi is not really good comparing any other Starbucks stores in Surabaya.

The coffee is as standard as the other Starbucks franchise. Compared to other 3 starbucks stores at Tunjungan Plaza, this place has better lighting for me to work, however the cell reception is really bad here, and the wifi is not helping either.
