Excellent location, bang in the middle of Surabaya.

The room was small, but clean. The washrooms were clean too with hot water, though there is no separation between bath and toilet.

It features a restaurant where you can order in room service as well as a warung-style kopi shop downstairs.

The towels seemed a little old and worn out.

Overall, a good budget stay in central Surabaya.

One of the favourites for budget hotel. Facilities were fair for a budget hotel - you didn't get full room equipments for free, not even a pair of slippers and soaps. But you did get a pair of towels. The room was clean but relatively small. Located not too far from the city center, but poor public transport available - Grab/GoJek certainly the best choice for commute. Overall, a fair place to have a stop in a budget hotel

To small places to parking for any vehicles, especially for the bus gonna be so confused to get parking space, but if you use the back street maybe you can find the parking lot. And when you get inside, maybe you gonna little bit confused if you came for the wedding party, cause their not put in the own room, but it gonna be in the middle after you cross the information (want to go) to the bathroom (there's a place for the wedding party)

Very disappointed. I actually didn't stay at here because I'm waiting for the book confirmation from 10 am till 9 pm. I did call for several times, the staf said that my booking hasn't received on their mail, even for some calls didn't get to be answered (are your staff so busy?). On the last call around 1 pm, I give them my WhatsApp number to get the update about my booking. But, till 9 pm I didn't get any updates, and they just send a message on WA asking confirmation about my booking. What the? Please, hospitality and communication skills are matter.

Budget hotel that accomodate PCR test at the parking zone. However, if the pandemic gone, maybe there will be no more.

The hotel is strategically located at jalan Diponegoro, Wonokromo Surabaya. The hotel is near several great places like : Surabaya zoo, Suro u0026 Boyo Statue, Taman Bungkul Park and RKZ Christian Hospital. The hotel provides guest rooms,some meeting room, Janji jiwa coffee stall, parking lot and 24 hours Receptionist. Juanda internasional airport is around 60 min away.
