The place is cozy and perfect for those who love to spend their evening reading some books in a historical building. It would've been even better if they could be more punctual on their open hour, though.

For new visitors, this place is closed from 11 am to 1 pm every friday. So, if you plan on visiting the place on friday afternoon, it is better to do so after 2 pm.

I love this cozy library. The location is really strategic, not far from Surabaya Zoo. If you come from outside of Surabaya and stop by in Bungurasih Bus Station, you may go to this library by city bus and stop in a halte in front of it.

This library ambiance is really good for students and general visitors like family. Its book collection has enough range from fiction to nonfiction, from economic, monetary, literary, education, psychogy, politic, etc.

If you bring your kids, do not worry. There is room for kids to read here. The interior for sure is really colorful and fun for them. They will be not only read but also play with some toys provided.

If you want to do your research here, definitely you can. You may bring your laptop or use computer in computers room with free internet connection.

The room quiet enough and cool with air conditioners. There are also magazine and newspapers which updated regularly. Well, you will be pleased to sit here and read or just get relax with books surround you.

A completely free library inside a colonial old building. Upon entering, you should fill attendee form on the computer. The books are mainly on economics and social studies subject. It has computer room and kids activity room. There are big sofas on their rooms so I find it quite cozy for reading. Wifi is also available. Mushola (praying room) is located on other building, a little bit behind. They also sells cold drinks (teh botol, fruit tea, just the basics). I think some time ago they have gelato cafe, but now it’s gone.

1. Another library and building of Surabaya héritage
2. Located on surabaya main road. Accessible
3. Enough book collection. Around thousands
4. Clean environment with many trees
5. There's à Park in front of the library

A library owned by the state banking company. There are a lot of books about banking, especially about the history of the bank itself. Located in the main road, you don't have to worry about parking.
