everythings good, except one nurse who is in charge at yosef 7 ( 7th floor ) who usually ask how much water the patients drinks around 11-12pm, please do respect patient and their family, your ability as nurse not worth as you dont know how to treat the patient and their family well, belajarlah dulu sopan santun sebelum belajar menjadi perawat

I take my mom here for doctor check her lungs last year and i satisfied with their service. All nurse doctor and security was very friendly. I can feel they all smile behind that mask. Environment was very clean n cool

I was just picking up my wife for a therapy. They have a new 4 storey modern building with a motion censored system lifts. Good ones as they are all brand new, it brought me to the 3rd floor where the therapy section located. It was clean, quiet which showed a good hospital atmosphere to be for patients to recover. The only shortcoming when I arrived there, there was no receptionist or someday, I may ask direction as it was my 1st time to enter the building. I had to go out to ask it from the security person. All in all, the new building reflects that they are ready to compete with other similar facilities.

Here once to visit a friend quite some times ago.. it's an old catholic hospital with big lush green garfdens.. very well managed but need a retouch for the waiting rooms..

One of the oldest hospital in Surabaya, RKZ now has new building after finishing the renovation. The old building is still exist and keep their old-fashioned design. A chapel is also accessible in this hospital and can be used to pray.

I was there on January 31, 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic. A hospital with a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Good for patient as well as introduction. There is a large and green garden, very refreshing to the eye. There is a mini market Indomaret point with a variety of foods and fruits that are complete and delicious, an alternative if you are bored with hospital menus. However, there were a few unpleasant events, when it rained heavily, water inundated the entire park. And the access road to get in and out of the hospital is congested due to the high floods, as far as adults.

Can't emphasize enough on the staffs! Most nurses i asked worked for over 20 years. Even the cleaning services are helpful and super clean (not like other hospital they know nothing n just being ignorant). I chose this hospital for delivery and it was a great experience with the staffs. The greeneries (park) maybe the biggest n its good for recovery i guess. The hospital price was also fair. The downside is just limited parking space and buildings felt a bit old (but i heard they're renovating and making new buildings lately) . Overall, great hospital with great resources.
