Not warm welcoming guest. They didn't respect guest.
I was talking to 3 receptionist guys, but they were lazy to respond us. Pretending to be busy behind the receptionist desk.

I know this hotel it's an old hotel, but too dusty.. i hope this hotel can be survive because the room was so good, big, nice, and cheap!!!

This hotel is not recommended. I had a bad experience from this hotel, when I was in this hotel. I found a something smelly, It's like ompol, I guess the OB of this hotel hadn't cleaned the bed. It's very disgusting. Sorry to say

The hotel location is easy to access in center of Surabaya. Widely parking area is. I visited to the hotel resto when I took breakfasting with my colleague in Mei 2021. For me, the menu is good and reasonable in price.

Its used to be cozy hotel. But now its looked lack of maintenance.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place, downtown. I can say that the management take a good care of the hotel building, the room is clean, cozy and really spacious! Their price is really affordable and it is a very good deal for a three star hotel. In the morning, they provide you with a selection of breakfast, local food and some simple western food like toast and cereal. Last but not least, most of the staff are really polite, helpful and professional. Well done Oval hotel! keep up the good work and I definitely come back.

The hotel room was very spacious but the lightning was terrible. It used to be a good hotel I guess. However, lacking of maintenance gradually decreasing the hotel level. There was nothing special about the breakfast, the coffee, toiletries, room arrangement, and even the service. We had to ask twice to get our room cleaned. Definitely avoid this hotel for the next trip. Sorry.
