Pamelan Cafe tempatnya sangat mudah dijangkau, selain tepat di pinggir jalan juga di Pusat Kota Surabaya, dekat Monumen Bambu Runcing.
Tersedia 2 lantai kita tinggal pilih mau dimana.
Pas ke sini tidak terdetekai jaringan wifi (memang tidak ada atau sedang mati kurang tau).
Karena tempatnya sangat mepet Jalan Raya, untuk parkir mungkin bisa di sebelah belakang Cafe (sedikit merepotkan).
Di sini juga tersedia makanan semacam Chinese Food, masaknya langsung di Cafe bagian depan. Namun menurut saya sedikit mengurangi tempat bagi para tamu, serta sedikit mengganggu pemandangan cafenya.
