Kind of smelly, under the bed very dirty. The said they gave a queen size bed but its just actually 2 single beds merged into one and they just put a cover on it. Very uncomfy to sleep. Receptionist is okay. Would not recommend for long stay

For a relatively old, budget hostel...this is absolutely okay. It gives you basic, functional place to sleep. Located not too far from a main street, where nearby food and cafes can be easily found. Tunjungan plaza and Surabaya plaza are also in the neighborhood.

Good WiFi.
Phone signal can be lost if inside room.
Only 2-3 TV channels.
Handle of bathroom's door is broken.
Toilet flush button needs repair/replacement.
Bed: not the best but still comfortable.

Nothing fancy could be found here...but acceptable for me.
Would be nice too to see friendlier personnel with smile on their lips.

Didn't sleep well last night because the next door,yelled out,talk so loud at the midnight time and early morning,so far for the service and amenities was ok

best place i ever had, have a fast internet connection, tv cable with premium channel, clean room.. DAEBAK!!! ????????

Affordable place with WiFi service, too bad there is no tv cable
