Impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry. Efficient check-in and clean and very quiet room (standard). The noise insulation to the outside world is apparently very effective. No disturbance from the roadside traffic. Together with the quiet AC and the comfy bed and pillows, this provided for a good night sleep.
I also liked the restaurant for the spacious setting, the variety of food and friendly service. Pool area allows for a different view of the city.
The bathroom could be a bit larger and needs more possibilities to store your amenities.
A recommendable, modern hotel.

comfiest hotel with affordable price! the room is really nice and clean. i was in family room and the design is really cool. it suitable for those who have many family member. u can call Mr. Andi to help u about everything cause he always ready. definitely will come back!

I liked the place, good location and people who worked there are friendly.

Next, this is not meant as a bad comment, but as something you should work on. Fill the beer/soju fridge at the reception... if it is empty(beer) from the day before, make sure you fill it again in stead of sending customers to the bar.

At the breakfast place, you can find milk where the cornflakes are... there is no milk at the coffee place. And please, look at the state the cupboard is where the coffee is.

And last, the first day at breakfast, there was nobody at the egg-station. So, I started frying my own eggs.

Again, those are no bad comments, but something you should work at.

Further, I did enjoy the hotel, breakfast and staff.

strategic hotel located in the middle of the city, staff was kind, vallet man was kind (since the guy very hellpful to park our car and manage the small parking lot).

having little bit trouble of my air-con, after 2x times the engineer try to repair but still didnt work, the receptionist gives us another room but they upgraded it to bigger room, appreciate that.

Note to Max One : Try to give more air refresher at hotel corridor, somehow i discover strong smell of cigarette along the corridor.

Horrible... it was on May 13th when I'm about to sleep at 7pm, the whole room turns dark! The lights turned off suddenly. I was in room number 909 in 9th floor waiting the staff to fix it but it was lasting to 11:30pm!!!!

At least, when the electricity turned off accidentally, I want the hotels servers and hospitalities visit my room, and describe to me what was happened. But they doesn't. Even the emergency exit door was really hard to open!

At the next morning, my little '8 months old' daughter accidentally touch the towel when her mother (my wife) was about to cleaning her poop, then the receptionist ask me to pay another Rp150k for that!! What a dumb.

For those who wants to visit or do staycation at this hotel, just think twice!!

The services and the electricity was bad!

Located at the center of Surabaya, this hotel is very strategic. It is near many food sellers, easy to find, and the facilities are quite good. The rooftop bar located at the 7th floor, offers a lot of delicious menus and good ambience. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Good place for short stay. Not recommended for business travelers who need to work on desk.
