Not a really bad experience to stay 1 night here.
+ things u003eu003e the room is spacious; bigger enough for me n my friend to do jama'ah pray. The lunch n dinner's choices were various, but not the breakfast. It's near shopping mall (TP) and some culinary spots.

- things u003eu003e the exhaust fan in bathroom had very loud noise, it's annoying. The TV didn't work. It's surprising that the room has no window for air circulation. Only the big window placed too high... I think that was my 1st time knowing a window that high in a hotel room lol

I could'nt sleep all night. Because the room isnt soundproof.
I dont know why my neighbor next door keep busy managing things all night.
The staffs are nice. But the other women at front office has bad attitude.

Great location and great breakfast, the room little bit dirty, small windows, air condition not working properly

The Breakfast was amazing. Local desserts were served also, clean bathroom the only minus is...with the room i booked it has no window. I know i must pay extra if i want city view room but small window would be great tho. Staffs were polite and fast.

The good
Great location, great view from our room, clean and spacey room, good breakfast,

The bad
In the day of our arrival they cancel our online booking, so I had to call them and book again. I book for the single bed, but they gave us a double bed.

When we arrived at our room, there is only one toothbrush and sandal.

And a night before we checked out I asked the valet to ready our car at 9AM but the didn't we had to wait 30+ minutes unti our car ready

I think the one particular receptionist attitude could be improved, but the other staffs are nice and friendly.

Efficiently run hotel, cooperative staff accommodating towards us, clean facilities. The dining room was more than adequate for our meals. I sensed that the staff were there to serve us. It was a delightful experience for us.
