The only one reason stay here because of guest review the room is clean. Unfortunately, I found other guest' or cleaning service's hairs. and stain everywhere. Insects (ants) on the bed and pillows. Really feel the springs of the bed without mattress (maybe because booked the cheapest one). The wifi is superb, good signal and internet speed.
Prefer the 'Pink' hotel at Rungkut, they service better with the same price.

Would be nice if the chef upgrade the taste of every Menu. Nasi Goreng was to sour. marrow porridge was so salty. The fruit was not good. The chicken is to sweet.
The room was okay but it was not that clean. And many stuff was to old

The bed was so so (could be improved). But the location is very good and strategic. Close to Surabaya’s famous food stall, Rawon Setan. And also, only 1 km away from Tunjungan Plaza.

just got here to have some feast. I haven't seen the hotel room. Reasonable price (65k) for the menu options. Standard and pretty good servings for ayce :D

(+): This hotel is affordable (I booked it via Traveloka for 250-ish K/night) and located in the city center. It is close to BG Junction and TP (approximately 600 m). In the evening, there are food stalls within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is included and Amaris has a variety of breakfast menu for a two-star hotel (fried rice, fried noodle, chicken, chicken porridge, soup (soto betawi), and toast). Guests can also request to have their breakfast to-go. Above all, the highlight is hospitality the staffs have shown.

(-) The room was spacious, but the shower was missing shower curtain and there were some stains on the shower wall and the blind.

Once again, I stayed in one of Santika Group hotels, and I didn't feel disappointed for what I got. Thanks for the Flash Sale I found in Santika App, I got the cheapest price but the service is excellent.

They provide a dine-in breakfast, but the menu isn't that much. Perhaps it is because of the pandemic. But it's okay for me.

How about the location? It's THE BEST for you who love going shopping till you drop, and also for the culinary lovers.
