Decent place for transit hotel. Room is comfortable. AC working ok. Great location. Near KFC, Indomaret and other interesting place. Although limited breakfast choice but the taste is really good. Stay on superior room with connecting door and enough space for my family.

I love this hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean too, the city view is also very beautiful. The price is cheap and the breakfast is not bad. The location is strategic, only 14 minutes from Pasar Turi station, next to KFC and near minimarket.

Standard services u0026 room but good. The hotel in town area near KFC u0026 Indomaret.The food little bit pricey. And it's uncomfortable when you need ur card room to use elevator.

From beginning I have already complained why receptionist need to hold my ID card plus pay deposit when I have already paid the room. But She said it is the rule. The I was saying, remind me when I Checked out. But when I checked out she only returned Deposit. When I back to her asking my ID at the begining she was said already returned to me. But I insist no with me. After she looking around and she found my ID Card. Means not all the guess she hold the ID. Why she did it to me???

Night view trought the window make me stunning. Awesome. Nightscape of Surabaya. Sleep tight over night. Wothout noise, even hotel location on the middle town.

Good hotel for staycation in Surabaya. Rooms are good and comfortable, service is good too (need to improve breakfast). Recommended

The Hotel Management should be more concerned about cleanliness, such as clean sheet and frgarant rooms. Cause I got dirty floor and stained sheet.
