I’m so happy to see dr. Henry in person, he helped me so much with my skin problem. I had lots of pimples during this pandemic and it gone in a couple of weeks and I did Pico Laser only one time. So in total only a month I got back my healthy skin without pimples. In addition, I’m using the magic creams from Melania only two different cream until now and I love it. I remember when I asked dr. Henry, dok are you sure I only use these two creams ? And he said, yes. Save your money. Use your money for something important. Wow, excellent answer.
I just want to say, I’m so happy with my new skin. Satisfied. I love you dok. ❤️✅

Great medical facility! All of the staff at the front desk are friendly and some can speak English. I met with Dr.Henry, he spoke English well and was very professional. I would highly recommend this facility to any forginers in Surabaya suffering from skin infections.

My wife was a patient there for years but since 5 years ago she never went back because she didn't want to rely on the treatment all of her life..but today she went back there..the doctor was okay but the staff in the pharmacy n cashier (the same desk) is still the same like 5 years ago, not the same person but the same attitude..rude, no smile, not friendly, doesn't like to be asked about the medicine n the price, tend to get rid of the patient as fast as they could..so in conclusion: the staffs in the cashier desk are sucks!! So plz hire better personalities or train them to be more hospitalized with patients..

i've been her patient since I was a high schooler, she's a reliable dermatologist. I love her works. Back then, I had issues with acnes. I visited her and got some medicine. and it did work.

Go and seek consultation for your skin problems. All of the consultants are professional and will give you the most ideal results if you are patients and trust their process.

The doctor use harsh word when something went wrong with the result. And the people on the desk is rude as well and when we asked our data, they never give it to us.
