Initially I did not have high expectations when booking a room at this hotel since the price quite reasonable. However, my impression immediately changed after feeling the soft mattress and pillows, complete amenities and other supporting facilities at this hotel. Before breakfast I tried to swim in the swimming pool which is on the same floor with the restaurant. The choice of food at restaurant is also quite varied, ranging from chicken porridge, side dishes with vegetables, fruit, pudding and mini cakes. Overalll I feel satisfied staying for one night at Ibis Styles Jemursari

Starting with reaching the hotel
The valet is excellent
Quick check-in and very well mannered staff
ordered Food and drinks, delivered in decent timing.
now lets talk about the good stuff
The Bed is better than most of the ibis and even mercure hotel standard
booster is added on and also the mineral water given is 4 which is decent perfect amount.
the warm water and the pressure is good too.

i will be back to diponegoro for sure.
Hope Mercure and other ibis hotel can learn from this ibis budget hotel.

*con :lift button is not working properly when pressed to call the lift. i've told the staff hopefully it's fixed.

Had an event at one of the function room.
Old, tired looking.
LCD projector also very old (1 is new though).
Ordered.coffee that tastes like water with a hint of coffee. Found out from the restaurant that espresso machine broke down. And they had no decency of offering refund or alternative replacement.

Harga ok, kamar just ok, not enough table for laptop, nice room with outside view. Just nice.

This hotel was really cozy. Rooms were small but reasonable if you were on a budget.

Cozy budget hotel. Just one to be improve, dont ask first for ID card quest as deposite, just ask some money. Its not proper to hold someone ID card.

We didn't have high expectations based on other reviews but were quite shocked to find black hairs in our room. We'd suggest the cleaning be more thorough in order to increase the review score. As stated in other reviews, the bedsheets and towels had stains on them. The hotel staff were quite courteous and hopefully with a few upgrades the rooms will match the great service.
