Nice Vibes and ambience. The winner in here is resto on rooftop, really suitable for dinner, gathering. The security staff was amazing, guest wont worry to get a parking lot, they guide so professional and excellent. So impressive and very welldone. So opposite with receptionist's work, unfriendly and help not much. Gesture and communication so minim. Couple times try to call reception from room no one answer at all. Need to get more hospitality guidance.

The hotel is good, yes, enough. The service for the rooms is okay, awesome, no complain. But, for the car parking is so bad. The parking area in the hotel is small, so if you come in the night for parking your car, and the parking area in the hotel is full, the security will ask you to park your car across of the hotel. The location is not clean, I mean like the parking area in the hotel, there is a big tree, and my car park is under the tree. In the morning, I check my car. Wow, so surprised my car is lots of ant and small leaf.. Sorry, but this is my bad experience. For the hotel, it will better if the hotel has more parking area in the hotel. No other location.

Always excited and have pleasant stay at Batiqa hotel Darmokali
Friendly and kind staff, clean and neat also quite spacious room, the lovely view from each room especially odd numbered room always makes me enjoy staying here

Pro tips : ask for high floor and odd numbered room for better view towards bunch of trees at Taman Bungkul (Bungkul park) and Surabaya city view

The room just have the right size, isnt narrow as other 3star hotel standart room..the smoking room isnt smell bad..

Location good
Sanitary good
Restaurant ok
Overall good value for money spent

We had gathering there on their rooftop restaurant. Nice view of surabaya city.
They offered all you can eat buffet of traditional Indonesian food.
Too bad the buffet was not up to my taste. Supposedly they could cook simple kind of dishes and still taste good. They didnt even provide free flow hot tea only free flow hot coffee.
Car parking lot was also limited.
Waiters were friendly.
If you just want to just have a coffee there, it is recommended.

Thank you for Pak Andrey - Manager on Duty and GM of Batiqa for the speedy response of the case I am having. It was really improving my personal experience while staying with Batiqa. View from the hotel is great and the new room is very comfy. I wish you all a great journey ahead.

Long story short, saya tidak mendapatkan room yang saya pesan ketika booking lewat traveloka, padahal bukan last minute booking. Front office staff tidak terlalu membantu pada saat itu, tapi pak Andrey selaku Manager on Duty was doing his great works here to satisfy the guests. Great job ????
