The hotel bit old, need renovation. The room is quite spacey for an affordable price, and you got a small kitchen, dining table, and tiny terrace. We had a toilet problem, couldn’t flush it at the time, and the ceiling was leaking from the air conditioner. The breakfast just so-so, not so many choices. But overall is okay!

Old hotel. Service was ok. Got the very very hot room, the AC didn't work. Called for several times and finally the engineer came and the fan or something was broken. So they need to change it and takes 30mins. I brought my baby and it was very hot. So we decided to go to the lobby to get the fresh air and req to have another room, free-upgraded our room. Breakfast so so, too salty for us.

Check in u0026 check out were really easy, quick and the front desk people were friendly. We stayed at the 2-bedroom Premiere Apartment. The room was really clean and nice. The wifi was down, but it was a smart tv so we could connect to the laptop. The parking was free, but a little small. The service was good and quick when we asked to change the gallon in the water dispenser. Overall, it was a nice staycation and would recommend to those who want to do the same with family or friends.

One of the slowly dying good star rated hotels in Jakarta because of the maintenance.

Let me put my experience in here,

Parking - 9/10

Completely free parking and have friendly staffs to help you out so cannot comment much on it.

Reception - 9/10

Beautiful reception with lounges and bar. But Never been there.

Room - 5/10

Room was really big and have good amenities but the maintenance is very poor.

Bath tub is really dirty.
Kitchen - just for the name sake and the utensils are dirty as well.
The wood decor is good but again because of poor maintenance it looked like some cupboards from one of the horror movies.
Flush broken during my stay so had to
Call service guy to come and fix it but it was really awkward. You know what I mean.

But have some pros,

Comfy bed
Cozy sofas
Dinner table is ok
Locker facilities

But to cope up with current trends and competitions really some work has to be done by the management otherwise can easily lose out to new small budget hotels which are really up to the trends and clean.

AC compressor is in the balcony and it is not
In the wall but on the floor which means you cannot spend time in balcony if the AC is running as you will get the hot air from
the compressor.

As mentioned before to survive and get repeat customers please focus on the maintenance.

The staff were friendly and warm, I felt very welcome. When arrived in room, 1 lamp in the bathroom was off and 1 lamp in the living area was on and off. But it was fixed faster than expected. They should have repaired it before guest coming.

Understand the building is old, but I didn't expect the electronic and facilities were as old as the building. Refrigerator didn't work, I put my cake and chocolate inside and it melted in a night though the cable is plugged. Air conditioner was leaking in the living area. The dust were everywhere, need to wash all plates before using. And the pool was cloudy and greeny. Less equipment in the gym area.

Looks like they need overall improvement for the building and quality assurance before selling to end customer. I paid the promo room, and with this experience I'm not willing to pay bigger room or recommend the hotel. Unless they renovate all the entire building and facilities.
