I visited here to attend a work meeting using the royal ballroom.the facilities offered by the hotel are quite complete, the service is quite good, food taste also good enough (i really like their beef black pepper). but I didn't find a proper prayer room. there is only a small and unkempt space in the parking area.
in the prayer room there is no separate "wudhu" place and toilet for men and women. it would be better if the quality of the prayer room was improved.

The room is comfortable with a beautiful frame of the big screen. The staff is friendly and nice. The food here is delicious but If the hotel offered other unique and special food it will be great

The room was OK, clean and comfort. The breakfast was so so, good in service, but needed to improve. The location is very quiet, far from the crowds, so it's not suitable for vacationers

As their class.. *4 hotel...
With complete ammenities, great location, and great service also. I can relocate from smoking room to non smoking room as fast as they can provide it.
Really enjoy to stay at Royal Kuningan Hotel.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The hotel has gym, sauna and swimming pool for public as well. Everything is so clean in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel again and again.

Rooms are quite old. The tv was not working. The Aircon is so loud I couldn't sleep, and there was no way to turn it off unless you cut off all electricity for your room (aka unplug the keycard from the door).

It's located in city center but there's a n annoying u-turn on a one way road so it takes an extra 5-10 for any pickup and dropoff.

This is my review for Royal Kuningan:
(+) The hotel room is neat, clean and tidy.
(-) but they just gave one set of the amenity kit (toothbrush, etc) in one room that occupied by two people.
(+) The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is standard and the taste is just so-so, but you had many option (mostly indonesian cuisine).
(+) They had a great city view swimming pool in 1st floor and big parking lot.
(-) You must wait for the shower in the bathroom to produce the hot water.
