I stayed here on May 2022. Health protocol are implemented properly. Check in and check out process is fast. The room is great and spacious. Well decorated. It has big and comfy bed, wardrobe, minibar, workdesk and sofa, floor to ceiling big windows with great view. The bathroom is also nice. No bathtub but the amenities are complete. The hotel pool is quite big with great view of the city. The breakfast food option is varied and tasty. Overall this hotel is good and recommended ????????

Comfortable rooms with a great view, nice hotel services and facilities including a pool. Breakfast was pleasing although I would recommend to avoid peak times. Easy access to the hotel but be careful of traffic during peak hours.

Hotel did not take a deposit on the credit card so I had to pay for extras as I went.

Cozy atmosphere and accommodating staffs????
The room was spacious with spectacular view of of the city. There won’t be a hairdryer in the room so if you need one, call the reception, they will bring it to your room within 10 minutes. In my opinion, the hotel should install fixed in hairdryer slot at the sink area in the near future.
A bit disappointed with the pool though, suitable for kids to play u0026 swim instead of adults.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Mercure JKT❤️

The best hotel so far. Clean beds, nice rooms, good price compared to other hotels and probably the best restaurant in Jakarta so far. The staff is nice, but the manager is a d*ck. I don’t tolerate fake behaviour.

This is a relatively new property thus the fixtures and furnishings are still at prime condition. I stayed here for a wedding party and I gotta say for a Mercure this seems to go above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable with plush bedding. I liked the approach they took with the design of the rooms and love the fact that the showers and toilet was physically separated by glass doors. The hotel is divided into two servicing elevators, three sets to take you to the lower floors and another three set to take you on the upper levels. Its height does play to your advantage as it offers breathtaking views of Jakarta at night. Location-wise, Mercure Gatot Subroto is only a stone throw away from some of the best spots in Jakarta including Kuningan. When the LRT opens, Mercure would be closely adjacent to it which will allow travelers easy access to public transport. I’ll be looking forward to recommend this hotel to others.

The room is clean and quite spacious considering the price. I was upgraded to an executive room thanks to the Accor voucher. However I was disappointed to see staff allowing guests not wearing masks in the lobby. The country's regulation is that masks are not mandatory outdoors, not indoors. I told the staff to tell the guests to put their masks on, but he says he can't do anything. Sure he actually can. My cake was also delivered to my room without any coverings (no plastics on top, or any plate cover). I didn't feel comfortable eating the cake knowing it has travelled from the kitchen to my room without being covered. But other than that, it's a good hotel.

The location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle of the business center, offices, and government agencies. The room design is modern and quite spacious. The staff is quite friendly and considerate. Complete breakfast menu. Public transportation and taxis are very convenience in front of the hotel.
