Visiting Internist, registered by phone and informed to come at 10 am with first come first serve based. Reached the hospital at 10 with long queue to do registration and only after that it was possible to queue in front of the doctor room. There was already 12 people (couples too) coming before me and the doctor saw patient for 15-20 min. With this covid situation this is really inconsiderate. Need government to look into this. So i was waiting for 3 hours with pretty much heavy crowded room of patients. Let s hope I am well from here. Good thing only that the staffs were so friendly.
And btw I paid 800k for more than 3 hours waiting with not so good doctor’ advice too.

A super positive and memorable experience.
Recommended by a doctor to do MRI at this hospital.
The building is out dated when compared to private hospitals. But the most important thing is that the staffs are all super friendly and informative.
Starting from the security staff, the registration administrators, the cleaning service staffs, the cashier, the MRI operators up to the radiology doctor examining the result, dr. Patricia Widjaja
High respect to all of them.

Other than the nurses, this hospital is literally THE WORST hospital! Admissions did not even try to assist us. Make sure you have a lot of money when you going to care for your loved ones here. Unbelievable.

Medistra Hospital is an excellent private hospital with top quality trauma center and ICU.

Since the pandemic emerged, the hospital's patients were significantly decreased. Such shock made the hospital less funded and lowering it's cost that leads to reduce in service quality.

After the recovery, the hospital regain it's previous service quality.

The ER is always busy. Should you need immediate care, I suggest you to opt out from this hospital from 07.00 to 18.00. Outside those period, the ER is less busy.

My husband was hospitalized for 3 weeks for serious blood clotting and digestive problems. Gratefuly he was treated by the best internist and digestive surgeon with their best solutions. Doctors, nurses and staff were quick to respond and very helpful.. also the  food here is delicious.
Though the interior and furniture are outdated, the service is very satisfying

Badly managed hospital. Waiting time over 3 hours just for a simple doctor's consultation. Can be more efficient but the hospital's management does not seem to care about improving the hospital's services. Best to avoid this hospital wherever possible.

Not good one.
1. The pcr test place is far from the hospital, but they didnt emphasize this in the reservation email. I have to run two places
2. No result report received after 1 day, neither email nor whatsapp
3. The whatsapp service team reply very slowly when u asked for the delayed report.
