Highly recommend this hotel! it was a great experience from check in to check out. The value for the money is unparalleled in Jakarta. Check in was spectacular, the attendant that brought me to my room was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, great size and amenities were wonderful. I could not be happier with my experience! I would definitely return!

We got an upgrade to a bigger room. Very nice gesture of the friendly staff. The Gran Melia is a very big u0026 beautiful hotel, the lobby- reception and bar- restaurant looks very specious/awesome. The swimming pool is not big, but ok, it's very neat with a good towel service. Outside the swimming pool you smell the busy area of Jakarta.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Gran Meliá. The design amazes me and the food are all excellent (one of the best hotel buffet I’ve ever had). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Cecep at the restaurant. Would recommend everyone who needs to relax but has no time to leave the city to stay here for a short weekend holiday ????

Very good 5 stars hotel in Jakarta with great room quality. Breakfast, lunch or dinner in this hotel also wonderful, have many variative of menu and best taste. Reccomended hotel to stay when you in Jakarta, lovely.

Parking ???? : parking lot is very dark, messy and feel like can't breath there. Need some renovation or at least need some light and clean it up.
Other than that, everything is perfect.

The hotel is large with all facilities. The most impression is they care about customer experience a lot, all staffs are friendly and professional, they approach customer in advanced to ask if guests need any help or just call to the room check if you well.

Old style room, no smartTV, nice breakfast but very bad Cappucino (Coffe taste burn). Better put autobidet at toilet.
