The service and the personnel are friendly and accommodating, but the rooms had some small cockroaches. The restaurant also has limited menu to offer. Some hotel customers are able to smoke in their rooms(especially at night), but their doors are open which makes the corridor unsoothing for other customers who don't like the smell of it.

Breakfast was OK, wifi is unstable, big and quiet room, i like that all rooms are non-smoking ones..submit laundry today, will finish tomorrow noon.
Room was not so clean even after housekeeping done.
Location is quite strategic.
There is no safe deposit box inside the room.
There is no enough insulation to absorb noise so I can hear the traffic and noise from other rooms.
Most of the staffs are friendly.
Overall it all suits the price nowadays.

Food is good, but the restaurant waiters are always playing hide n seek, we have to look for them ☺
Price ok
Strategic location but traffic is bad on weekdays especially in the evening.
The superior room is quite spacious and they have bath tub!????????
But the room is very dirty, sheets are not clean, I killed 3 little crocoaches, they crawls on tables, floor, and wall and in bathroom too????
The aircon is not so cold, maybe dirty.

Old is okay, but dirty is intolerable. Glass service at the room is full of stain. The room smells like an old and moisturised wood. It smells really bad. Bathroom looks dogdy and looks like an old drive-by motel in the 60s. The room corridor that takes you to the rooms is so eerie. AC is working well, but the warm water works only after more than 15 minutes of opening the water tap. It's not worth the money you spent and do not believe the pictures that are shown in the display.

Old building, needs redecoration. The lobby is too small. Hot water bath is not available 24 hours. Using centralized air conditioning not convenient, too cool. The food is just okay.

Relatively ok hotel. Facilities are to be desired. Generally ok but got spooky vibes. Everything is a little old but functional. Worth the amount we paid for. Would stay if in emergency

The building is huge but quiet old. The bed is comfy but thr toilet is a bit dirty. Furnitures also quiet old..and seems they don't do a lot maintenance.
