Been here I would say 6-8 times so far,my dad and my dad’s sister had a cataract surgery here.
Service is good i mean compared to normal hospitals in Indonesia. They have complimentary coffees/teas,snack and also Ice cream, free wifi great.
The staff seems professional couple of check up done prior to see the doctor which is good preparation.
Our doctor and her nurse is great, helpful and professional.
Price wise might little expensive in Indonesia but as long the service is great we don’t mind to pay.
I normally get frustrated when service is not provided or not professional, here is not the case.

I would like to express my concern about this hospital. I took my right eye surgery on May 2022. In terms of hospitality, there is no security who will open your car door or the front door so I think it's not the same service they provided with the testimony from indonesian actress when I saw in their advertisement, the nurses is professional but not humble at all and I felt when they communicated with me they were not good listener for an example, one day after the surgery, l said my eye cannot see clearly but the nurse insist to check whether my eye can be functionally read the alphabet or not, this is ridiculous since I have to pay that checking protocol which was useless, the doctor that will be in charge for my surgery is smart, able to answered all my questions but always in a rush when I visited him. In terms of price, this hospital is quite expensive. In terms of facility, they said they provide the best service of eye care in Indonesia, they provide praying room for moslems to pray, free hot drink and mineral water, and canteen for the visitors. In terms of service, they engaged with many insurance firms, reasonable administration process in registration and cashier desk. After 2 weeks of surgery, my eye can see again 80% but yet back to normal 100% because there are some bloodstains in my vision. Thank you KMN, I hope you can always be better in the future.

Very good facility. Excellent eye care equipment. Dr Syakon who removed my cataract is one of the best doctors in Indonesia even Singapore. Very detailed with the explanation. Compared to Singapore hospitals the KMN rates are very reasonable. Nurses are also very kind and patient. Will never go to Singapore for eye care when you have the best in your home country.

Kliniknya bagus, serve snacks and beverages for visitors, waiting time rada lama ya, dari periksa mata ke ruang baca took almost 1 hour.. the optgalmologist is friendly and deliver the info very clear to my son. over all, it's a good clinic to check your sight ! Keep up !

Upscale eye care center/eye care clinic in South Jakarta. Good service, good doctors, many kind of services including eye surgery are available here. It has spacious waiting area with free flow of snack and drink (Biscuit/crackers, tea or coffee). There are also optical store to make eye glasses etc, a laboratory and a canteen here.
