I would like to express my concern about this hospital. I took my right eye surgery on May 2022. In terms of hospitality, there is no security who will open your car door or the front door so I think it's not the same service they provided with the testimony from indonesian actress when I saw in their advertisement, the nurses is professional but not humble at all and I felt when they communicated with me they were not good listener for an example, one day after the surgery, l said my eye cannot see clearly but the nurse insist to check whether my eye can be functionally read the alphabet or not, this is ridiculous since I have to pay that checking protocol which was useless, the doctor that will be in charge for my surgery is smart, able to answered all my questions but always in a rush when I visited him. In terms of price, this hospital is quite expensive. In terms of facility, they said they provide the best service of eye care in Indonesia, they provide praying room for moslems to pray, free hot drink and mineral water, and canteen for the visitors. In terms of service, they engaged with many insurance firms, reasonable administration process in registration and cashier desk. After 2 weeks of surgery, my eye can see again 80% but yet back to normal 100% because there are some bloodstains in my vision. Thank you KMN, I hope you can always be better in the future.
